Such symptom does not have to be caused by an infection. Bleeding can be caused by prostate or bladder tumor. That is why it can not be ignored. You should consult urologist. PSA level, abdominal ultrasound should be done at first. Cystoscopy is also necessary. Please do not wait with it.
