Question : My penis opening is very small and thus when I have unprotected sex I feel some pain. Also the covering skin of my penis gets cut when having unprotected sex. I do not face any issues when I use a condom. What should I do?

Narrowing of opening needs confirmation by Urologist.

As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.

An Urologist's examination will confirm, if the narrowing is pathological.
It could be from birth, or due to disease.

Cuts over foreskin, is usually due to friction after rough sex.
This can be prevented, by using a lubricant condom or applying vaseline on shaft.

Thanks for your answer. We are thinking of planning for a baby and thus I cannot use a condom while having sex. So, should I just use vaseline on shaft or visit a doctor?

Good to know about plans for a child.
If you're unsure about the significance of the narrowing of opening,clear doubt.
Get an Urologist to examine the genitalia.

Before visiting Urologist, have a semen test,with 2 days abstinence(no sex).
So, the Urologist can also,give opinion about your fertility status.

For lubrication during sex,KY jelly or vaseline cream,over shaft of penis,is sufficient.
