Question: 7 year old boy, non circumcized, appears to have a yeast infection on penis, white discharge material when foreskin pulled back. Appeared near end of the Caribbean and Florida trip with heavy swimming, hottubs, etc on ~ Dec24 Topical treatment options?

I have gone through the picture. It looks like yeast infection. You can use canestan cream. Quantity which is just enough to be applied gently. This you can apply twice daily. It should be used for 10 days.
