                                    Brief Answer:
Past medical history.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
Every significant medical problem in the past including chronic conditions like Hypertension,Heart disease, Diabetes etc that are under control for the moment of examination belong to Past Medical History.
So in your patient's case Hypertension and High Cholesterol level are part of Past Medical History because they are chronic condition that don't cause any complain for the moment of examination.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Hello again.
I apologize for the delay in answering your query.
A peptic ulcer may have some serious acute complication including :
-Bleeding that can be mild to severe depending on the location of the ulcer and the caliber of the affected artery
-Perforation
-Penetration (peptic ulcer penetrate the wall of the stomach and penetrate another abdominal organ like duodenum ,colon etc).
These complications require immediate intervention.
Regarding the chronic complications ,if the ulcer is located near the outlet of stomach can cause obstruction of gastric outlet. This happens due to by scarring, spasm, or inflammation from an ulcer.
-Another chronic complication can be ulcer recurrence.
Hope it helps.
