Question: I have been having some kind of infection between legs from last 2 months and when walking which ever parts getting rubber are having pain and some tenderness. also can see some Pus in the underwear from that area/
Recently I felt that the infection also affected the Anal area, that I can feel pain sometimes, two days back I found blood in toilet and I assume it from the Anal area (not from stool). I don't want to wait more for it to cure naturally, would like to meet a doctor,
What kind of doctors (technical name) I must see. Also what do you think about this type of problems.
I am also having mild Constipation and digestion disorders

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Suggestive of Perianal abscess due to fistula

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ajju, Hi
I can understand your concern.
After having gone through your query you seem to be having a condition called anal fistula with perianal abscess. This is due to abnormal connection between the rectum/anal canal with the skin due to infection of the anal glands resulting in abscess.
You need to be clinically examined by a general surgeon.
Further tests like Endo-anal ultrasound or Pelvic MRI may also be needed not only to confirm the diagnosis but also to locate the inner opening of the tract (communication) accurately so that the entire fistula with both the openings can be removed by surgery to prevent recurrent abscess formation.
It seems you have developed an abscess so it can be drained along the surgical removal of entire fistula (fistulotomy).
Mild constipation and digestion problems can be prevented by increasing the water intake, fruits and vegetables, doing regular exercise, etc.
Hope the explanation given above would be useful in getting the proper treatment.
Best regards.
