                                    Brief Answer:
Impure Blood goes into the heart first.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
When both the lower Limbs are swollen, you should consult your doctor and get COLOUR doppler of the lower Limbs to rule out Deep venous thrombosis (DVT).
Impure Blood goes into the right side of the heart. From there, the blood goes to the lungs.Gets purified.Again come back to the left side of the heart. From there, the pure blood goes to various organs.
Blood clot from the heart sometimes go to the brain and produce Stroke.
Please consult your doctor and get Colour doppler of the lower Limbs and exclude DVT.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
