Suggest Treatment For Peripheral Neuropathy In The Feet While On Lyrica And Gabapentin
Question: I have severe peripoheral'neuro. of my feet. Take 300 of Lyriaca but it's not helping. Gabapentin isn't as effective.

Well, since Lyrica and Gabapentin both failed to control the symptoms, then the next regimen to consider are potent prescription based Opioids (eg. Tramadol, Oxycodone).
In recent times, there are certain advancements in case of management of severe Peripheral neuropathy case, i.e.:
Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). In this case, electrodes are placed on the skin to deliver gentle frequency of electric shocks. It's offered at certain Neurologist's clinic or Pain management centers as 30 minutes daily session for about a month.
ALA (α-lipoic-acid)- a new antioxidant agent which is generally administered IV as once daily dose over a period of three weeks,
In case your neuropathy is caused due to pressure symptoms (due to the spine of the back compressing on the nerves), there are specific surgical approaches to release the pressure (by the Neurosurgeon)...
If peripheral neuropathy is caused secondary to diabetes, then strict blood sugar monitoring and control is the first and foremost goal of therapy.
Acupuncture, a novel alternative therapy, where benefits lasted for up to 6 months and reduced the use of other analgesics.
