Brief Answer:
A combination of cefixime and ofloxacin

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

If I see a patient with staphylococcus and E coli infection, I would suggest a culture and sensitivity of the specimen (if possible) and start the antibiotics accordingly. Antibiotic choice will also depend on location of infection. A combination of cefixime and ofloxacin taken twice a day for 10 days would be good option.

Please let me know the details of your symptoms and how you were diagnosed with these symptoms.

Meanwhile also increase your immunity by eating more fruits, exercising daily, taking mind off stresses with relaxation techniques, drink cleanest water. Infection is taken care of by both antibiotics and immunity. Antibiotics usually provide temporary relief. Repeated antibiotics may lead to resistance of bacteria to antibiotics and should be avoided.

Thanks
