Brief Answer:
Underlying cause of persistent UTI should be investigated.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Your findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by cloudy appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells and RBC in urine.

I suggest few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen to my patients.

Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.
I also suggest to take alkalizing syrup to my patients.

Persistent UTI in your case may be due to many reasons like inappropriate antibiotics, persistent source of infection etc.It need evaluation.

Mantoux test is not specific. It need further evaluation.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
