Brief Answer:
Need work up and correlation

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Stomach discomfort for a week with back involvement and radiation of pain, feeling full should be evaluated for local causes like gastritis. Take some nexium, some motility enhancing medication like domperidone, modify diet and lifestyle, reduce triggers like coffee, spicy foods, fatty foods, processed foods, canned foods, beer, alcohol, soda etc. Take plenty of fluids. Get some work up done to rule out any gallbladder stones or infection or pancreatitis as those all can present like this.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
