Brief Answer:
Hello dear. all these medicines can cause side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear . I have gone through the details. Please do not worry. In you casr all of the drugs are associated with some sorts of musculoskeletal pains aches and discomfort. These include niacin , nitrofurantoin and of course levodopa as well.
However, still a word of caution. Although cause of your symptoms is evident in your case, you must undergo following tests
Blood counts and ESR
CRP
ANA by immunoflirescence
Thyroid profile
This may futher throw some light on the etiology as all these symptoms may be unrelated to these drugs that you are taking/taken
Thanks and regards
