Brief Answer:
Management of acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to take capsule doxycycline 100 mg once daily at bedtime and apply adapelene 0.1 percent gel on the pimples at night.
These medicines are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Since acne is a chronic disease you need to continue the medicines for a long duration but under the supervision of the dermatologist
Also use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily.
Besides this keep your face dry, avoid oiling of scalp, don't pick your pimples, avoid the intake of sugary foods and use cosmetics labelled as noncomedogenic.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
