Brief Answer:
few possible causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Most causes are not serious in your age.
Blood can be caused by blood in urine or blood in stool. Blood in urine may be related to your back pain as kidney inflammation or ureteral stone may cause it so you need to do urine analysis and kdiney ultrasound.
If blood is in stool then hemorrhoids are most common cause and polyps second one. You should see proctolgist to rule out this. Till that, try to eat easier food, more vegetables, fluids and high fibre food that will soften your stool.
If fever occur, then you should see doctor as soon as possible.
Wish you good health. Regards
