Question : I am unable to drive or eork. I constantly have bilateral sciatica pain, severe back pain , and chronic headaches reaching to migraines. I am 40 years old. Less than 1 yr ago, I was taking hydrocodone or Tylenol #4. My parents will not take me to a pain management doctor. Can you give me a pain reliever and muscle relaxants? Thank you , XXXX XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
No online prescriptions.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Bilateral sciatica pain is likely to be associated with a disc prolapse. This can be relieved by bed rest, muscle relaxants in combination with pain killers and proper physiotherapy after the acute pain subsides. An MRI scan of the lumbar spine is needed to find the extent of your problem.
Since I haven’t physically examined you, it is inappropriate and unethical to prescribe you scheduled drugs that you can order online. I am bound by the rules of law to not to give any online prescriptions. Hence you will have to see the physician for the medicines that you require.

Sorry for not being to be of assistance to you at this point of time.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
