Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is a common side effect of CuT but it usually reverts back to normal after its removal.
You need to take tablet Ethamsylate 500 mg thrice a day for 5 days which acts by decreasing capillary fragility which is the basic cause of bleeding after CuT insertion.
Keep taking tranexa as advised and take as much rest and good diet as possible.
For contraception you can use condoms which are easy to use or oral pills because pills will also help in decreasing blood loss during periods.
Natural methods are many but noone is reliable enough so its better to use a definite method in order to avoid the stress of uncertainty.
All the best.
