Brief Answer:
Esophagitis and stomach irritation

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM
This is nothing strange since there was obviously esophageal spasm that caused irritation of stomach and esophageal mucosa. You need to completely avoid alcohol, coffee and carbonated drinks in next 2 days, drink menta tea and eat milk products. Eat more liquid food, avoid smoking. Avoid laying down or long sitting after meal, sleep with elevated upper body. It would be good to take ranitidin or omeprasole pills if you can get it. Wish you good health. Regards
