Question : Was given medicine for plurise still have some pain on my side and back anything I can get over the counter to relive the pain

Yes, you can take ibuprofen 600 mg thrice a day alone or in combination with paracetamol 500 , 2 tablets twice a day in severe pain.

Both are available OTC.
