Brief Answer:
It can be a problem in lungs, heart or acid reflux in the esophagus

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Any chest pain should not be neglected and requires to be discussed with your doctor. A chest x ray and ECG are important basic investigations to make sure your heart and lungs are grossly normal.

2. If the lungs and heart are normal in chest x ray and ECG then it can be pain from GERD or acid reflux which is felt in the esophagus. GERD pain is related to food and this requires to be confirmed with clinical history and an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy if required.

3. Please have your meals on time and have adequate amounts of juices and fluids.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
