Brief Answer:
Please get him evaluated by a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform
XXXXXXX P drops contain chlorpheniramine an antiallergic, phenylephrine a decongestant and paracetamol(for fever or pain).
7 drops will be appropriate for this age.
Most common cause of cold in this age is some viral infection or allergy.
I wont get worried if there is no breathing problem, baby is active and accepting feeds well..
Mild noisy breathing may persist and that can be due to nasal blockage.Giving nasal saline drop in such condition helps. As you have already given the drops for 10 days I wont suggest to give it more.
If you find that the symptoms are significant or there are other associated abnormalities,it would be better to get him evaluated by a pediatrician.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more query.
Regards
