Probably irritable bowel syndrome.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
My name is dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome.
This condition is characterized by changes in bowel movements such as constipation, diarrhea and bloating.
To confirm that diagnosis I suggest the following examination :
-an IGg blood test for food allergies
-a stool test to exclude other problems like infection or yeast
Some advice that I can give you are:
-try digestive enzymes to help break down food
-take food supplement which contains zinc, magnesium and vitamin A
-Also fish oil can help to stabilise the gut.
-avoid everything can trigger the symptoms such such as chocolate, alcohol, caffeine, carbonate drinks
-avoid large meals
-avoid fried and fatty foods
After the examinations you can come back to me for further treatment.
Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have any other questions feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
