Brief Answer:
Possible IBS-C ?

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

it's not advisable to frequently use the stimulant laxatives. This on long-term can contribute to laxative abuse and electrolyte imbalance.

You possibly seem to have constipation predominant Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).

I generally prescribe oral capsules of LINZESS(LINACLOTIDE) 145 mcg once a day for 2 weeks-145 mcg PO qDay on empty stomach; administer at least 30 minutes before first meal of the day with plenty of water.

This drug should dramatically improve your symptoms.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

These pills will also help you to avoid the usage of laxatives .

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
