Question : Hi I am 30 year old last few years in every morning when I go to toilet my stomach not full fresh at one time then I take tea then half an hour I again go to toilet then my stomach full fresh and full day I feel tired

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. You could be suffering from either constipation or irritable bowel syndrome. My suggestions for you are as follows:
* Take plenty of water to drink. Drinking water should be cleaner.
* Take plenty of green leafy vegetables in diet.
* Take isabgol (psyllium husk) or fibre supplements regularly at dinner.
* Avoid stress.
* Regularly practice yoga and meditation.
* Avoid carbonated beverages, vegetables like cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower.
* Avoid eating gluten containing foods (wheat, barley and rye).
* Over-the-counter anti-diarrhoeal medications, such as loperamide (Imodium) may be taken if required.

Many times earlier I have follow like ur suggestion but I can not break two times fresh in every morning and I have stool semisolid and every time full day I feel very tired and fatigue please suggest ur treatment

Thanks for mentioning. But taking a break twice is not really a problem. Rather, the fatigue is the problem. Antidepressant medication can be helpful in case of both the fatigue as well as the bowel issue. You might have already heard that, but you need to see a psychiatrist. The body and mind are related. Helping one of them will help the other.

This does not spare the suggestions already given.
