Question : I started with a cough that I got after a very dusty mountain bike race. That's been 3 weeks ago and I still have a cough but a sore throats started about a week ago and this morning I woke up with a lump in my throat. Should I be concerned?

So do following things for better symptomatic relief.
1. Do warm water gargles and steam inhalation 4-5 times a day.
2. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
3. Take antihistamine like levocetrizine or fexofenadine. Also take anti inflammatory drug like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
4. Avoid oily and spicy food.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these in 5-7 days.
