Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And The Inability To Smell Despite A Sinus Surgery

Your symptoms are due to allergy and you have to take treatment regularly
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your symptoms clearly suggest that you have allergy and the cough is the result of this allergy. I would like to mention here that the allergy can be controlled but cannot be always cured and the symptoms may recur on stopping the medicines. That`s what is happening in your case. You must take anti-allergics like Monteleukast Levocetrizine tablet daily. You have not mentioned which rotacap you are taking but it should have a long acting beta agonist and a long acting steroid. Some of the commercially available names are Seroflo, Foracort, Formonide etc. I am sure you must be taking one of them. You must take them regularly for sometime. Continue taking them even if your symptoms are well controlled and then they can be tapered off gradually.
You must avoid dust, smoke, junk food, cold water and drinks and fruit juices. Once your symptoms are controlled do some deep breathing exercises and I am sure you will feel better.
Hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Seroflo rotacap is good. it hardly has any Side effects and that to after prolonged use. Rinse your mouth with water after using Seroflo to prevent any fungal infection.
As I have said you should also use Monteleukast Levocetrzine tablet daily. You may use Fluticasone nasal spray which may help in snoring and smell problem. If snoring is too much and disturbing your sleep, you should consult a pulmonologist.
