Brief Answer:
nebulization with steroid will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

It seems to be of allergic sinusitis with bronchitis. Symbacort is budesonide with fometerol, mild steroid plus bronchodilator. It is a good combination, but only for bronchial airways. You are not doing anything for sinusitis. You can add an antihistamine like claritin to your daily dose.

You are already on steroid treatment with prednisone. If you have dripping at the back of the throat you should use nebulizer before you go to sleep. This will loosen the mucus. There is a reti pot treatment which you can use at home/hotel where you stay. It will help you pass the saline solution in to the sinuses and clear the thick mucus. You can watch how to use it on youtube. I think this is the best non surgical way to clear the sinuses filled with mucus.

You should clear your nostrils, sinuses every 6 hours if you are away from home . This will help you clear the dripping.

Try this and let me know.
