Brief Answer:
Can be malabsorption syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to malabsorption syndrome. This can be due to parasitic infection like giardias. A stool routine examination will be helpful to rule out this.
For such condition I would suggest taking antibiotics like tinidazole as single dose. Deworming with albendazole also should be done.
If there is no improvement then IBS should be ruled out by consulting a Gastroenterologist. Colonoscopy might be needed in such case also.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
