Question : I have been suffering for about 4 days with what I thought was the stomach flu... diarrhea and no appetite. No vomiting and almost no urine throughput. Still drinking water, but just seems to run through me....

I have gone carefully through your query. However I would need to elaborate on your problems. Taking ORS (oral rehydration solution) should be the mainstay of treatment. Merely taking water should not suffice.
