Question : last eight days I have had diarrhea and feeling nausea after waking up for 2-3 hours. Must lay down for 1 hour. Food in/out, Hands and feet turn darker and I am very tired.

Is this a reaction to the medicine or something else. Started weekly Vaclav injections. My weekly blood review seem ok . My heart was abnormally fast and did a EKG. I went to cardiologist and he says everything is ok but do a echo.

Brief Answer:
Hello. It may be some gut infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So the medication which you are taking, seems unrelated to your gut symptoms. Most likely cause is some gastrointestinal infection. You require a gut antibiotic like flagyl, ofloxacin. A prokinetic drug like levosulpiride will also help. Besides that, you should take a probiotic drug like vsl3 or bifilac. You will be alright in few days. Donot forget to drink plenty of water.
