Question: Well I am embarrassed but about 2 years ago, I started feeling a "pressure" feeling in the area around the top of the crack of my butt. He came and went. About 6 months ago I started having bowel movement problems. Mostly diarrhea. In the last few weeks, I have had a bulging feeling when I wipe and now I feel very strongly that something is blocking my bowel movement. I can not eat anything that does not come out as severe diarrhea and I no longer have control of when it comes out. My quality of life feels very poor at the moment. I worry about being need a bathroom and I eat almost nothing as I need to go to work and can not take a change.

Brief Answer:
Evaluation required as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome. There are several benign anorectal conditions such as hemorrhoids, fissure, polyps, but considering your age and symptoms you need to see proctologist as soon as possible and do colonoscopy since much more serious issues may be present such as rectal cancer so it must be ruled out and you should not wait anymore. Wish you good health. Regards
