Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea

Question: HI Doc.,
My daughter is having loose motion, in fact she has gone to toilet seven times since 6.45 AM.
She was given one O2 in the morning at 6.45 AM, but uptill now there is no sign of any rmemdy. She is 35 years old and weighs 100+ kg. She will have to attend an urgent meeting late afternoon today.
Pl. sugggest what to do. Can one more O@ be given to her now? It is 11 AM now.

Possible infectious diarrhoea.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

Your daughter possibly seem to have infectious diarrhoea.

O2 alone might not be effective.

I generally prescribe oral pills of ORNI O to my patients one Tab twice a day for 5 days for effective relief of symptoms.

I advice you to give her one Tab of ORNI O now and 12 hrs later and thus repeat this sequence.

Stop O2.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe the same to you.
