Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea

Question: Have had diarehaa on Wednesday night into Thursday. the issue subsided but went to e.r. due to pain in between shoulders. Not diagnosed with heart issues said it was maybe spinal. Script for NSAIDS and sent home. Diaherra started again yesterday (Saturday) and still have on Sunday. Need something for the issue, Immodium does not seem to be working.

Take Fybogel husk-Fybogel sachets and Fybogel Hi-Fibre sachets both contain the active ingredient ispaghula husk.It will improve your bowel habits.
-Take Pantoprazole 40mg once daily empty stomach for relief in Gases and fullness.
-Racicadotryl can be taken twice daily if loperamide is not effective.

Apart from medicines,
-Eat simple,Light and easily digestible food.
-Avoid Fatty and junk food.
-Add fibre to your diet. Fiber adds bulk to your digestive system. It is broadly accessible in grains, vegetables and natural products. Concentrate on soluble fiber.
-Consume plenty fruits and vegetables.
