Question : I currently have MVP with regurgitation, a stomach ulcer, endometriosis and large ovarian cysts regularly and have/had other health problems and multiple surgeries. I am 34 years old. Health problems run in my family. Yesterday I suddenly had a drop in blood pressure that resulted in me feeling lightheaded/off balance/dizzy accompanied with hearing loss in my left ear followed by my right ear and some ringing in that one. There was no pain only discomfort from the loss. I could still hear so to speak, either reading lips or asking someone to repeat themselves. This lasted several hours. Eating did not help. When I ate I got dizzy and felt strange. I vomited a little after ward and have felt dizzy every time I have eaten since. What is going on?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Your symptoms are related to Menier disease which is a disorder of the inner ear.
Meiner disease is manifested with vertigo, fluctuating hearing loss, ringing in the ear (tinnitus).
If you were my patient I would recommend to use Betahistine to relieve your symptoms.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
