Brief Answer:
Do not wait.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
I can understand your concern.
As the blood sugar is high and she has complains such as nausea and dizziness you should send her to ER. She needs to check for ketones.
If they are high it is an emergency and she should start insulin.
Hope the information will help.
Wish her good health!

Brief Answer:
No emergency for the moment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Ftom the exams you reported there is no emergency.

The blood sugar is high and you should keep monitoring it before and after meals while try to see an endocrinologist in person to start the treatment as soon as possible.

If the blood sugar has a tendency to get higher do not wait. You can check ketones in urine at home with urine stick. Once they are positive despite the blood sugar level you should send her to ER.

Best wishes for her!
