many possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
There are many things that can cause dizziness.
First make sure that you are well hydrated by drinking plenty of water and avoiding all caffeine and alcohol which can make you relatively dehydrated.
Second if you are on any medication, especially blood pressure medication, this could be the cause. You need to see your doctor soon and have them evaluate your medicines if you are on any.
Third, there are many metabolic causes of dizziness including changes in potassium, glucose and other electrolytes that may cause this so you need blood tests done.
Next other things like anemia, ear problems and heart or blood flow problems can be causes of dizziness.
It is really important for you to see your doctor soon and get an exam and some blood tests done.
I hope this is resolved soon,
Dr. Robinson
