Question : I've been dizzy for the past three days. When I bend over or tip my head I feel like I'm going to pass out. Even lying down in bed, I feel the room spinning. What could be causing this, and will taking Dramamine help?

It could be inner ear problem.

Hi Welcome to the HCM,
Dear feeling of spinning and dizziness can happen because of inner ear vestibular system problem ,and disbalance of inner ear fluid.
Deramamine can cause symptomatic relief .But first the reason should be ruled out causing these symptoms.
The common cause is menier's disease of ear but proper check up of inner ear in person is needed to rule out other cause.
