Thanks for replying. I can say I have some stress related to work. Also, sometimes I do feel ringing in the ears. I have not consume alcohol from long time, may be more then 6 months. I didn't sleep well from long time. I mean sleep is not continuous and it got always disrupted due to stressfull dreams. There was head injury due to accident 3 years back. Due to this I had 9 stitches on my right side of head(front) . I have headaches at a regular interval, may be twice in a week and most often this headache is followed by vomiting. For instant relief from this headache I take nimesulide. This headache is always have on one side, either left or right. In brief this summarizes my condition. Thank you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the information.
From your complaints, you are probably suffering from migraine. Still my advise is please get your refraction done and your blood pressure checked.
Take tablet stemetil twice daily for a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription.
Avoid any alcohol usage.
Avoid driving till the dizziness subsides completely.
If the symptoms persists despite medicines, I would advise you to get a CT scan head done.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Thanks and regards
