Question : Hi Dr. I just wodering what typ of antibiotic should I take? I've been coughing for 3days first 2days was very dry cough but today I have light green flam when cough, I cough heaps and it hurt my chest and throught badly plus I sore in my body everywhere feel like my bone is sore too

Hi and welcome.Usually,the first option is to take azitromycin or amoxicilin for 5 days.However,if symptoms worsen,you should do lung xrays to see the extent of pneumonia and then some more specific antibiotics may be required. wish you good health.regards
