Brief Answer:
Rest, hydrate and sleep..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Well your symptoms are mostly due to long flight duration and crossing multiple time zones, part of jet-lag only..

Regarding the body heat, you need to check your temperature and if it's more than 99.8 Deg Fahrenheit then please take Tab PARACETAMOL 650 mg after some food..

Be very well hydrated, drink plenty of water and have some light food (eg. Salads and soups)..Do not drink caffeinated drinks and/ alcohol (if you do)..

Try to lie down and sleep with some soothing music, it'll help.. it takes about 2-3 days to overcome this fully..

But if the fever persists beyond that (if at all it is there), you need to report to your nearest healthcare center for a routine check-up (I believe you've taken prophylactic vaccination for Yellow fever already, if not please report it immediately so that it can be given)..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
temperature measurement is necessary now prior taking Paracetamol..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX

As I've already mentioned in the very first reply, it'll take 2-3 days to subside..

Stay well hydrated by drinking a lot of water(have 3-3.5 ltr per day)..

Please don't rely on feeling of temperature less or more, and next time check it properly with a thermometer prior to take any Paracetamol (always to be taken after some food)..

Stay rested for the time being..And yes, in case of Fever, persistent bothersome body ache, PARACETAMOL 650 mg can be taken round the clock after food thrice daily for next 2-3 days.. try to avoid junk/spicy foods.

Considering the fact that you've traveled from XXXXXXX tropical viral illness like Dengue and Chikungunya has to be kept in mind, if you notice any recurrence of fever (more than 99.8 Deg Fahrenheit) beyond 2-3 days, along with persistence of body ache/ any new onset joint pains/rash over body, report to your nearest healthcare center for a routine check-up and necessary investigations for this..

hi i have taken 3 paracetamol in 2days fever is less but still headache and body pain os there.also this is the first time i am taking paracetamol so is it normal to loose taste buds as i am not getting taste of food .mostly here i am taking self prepared dal chawal

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised..

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back XXXXXXX

Yes, the taste alteration is a part of the viral infection only, and the fact that your having Paracetamol for first time, makes it even more evident, no need to worry about it..

If symptoms persist beyond another 24 hrs then get investigated (as already mentioned) and checked-up by the Doctor there..

Stay well hydrated as already mentioned, dal-chawal is fine but do take some more proteinacious foods i.e. boiled eggs, chicken soups (if non-vegetarian) and legumes, soybean, tofu, ground nuts, sprouts, almonds etc. (if vegetarian) along with seasonal fruits for faster recovery..

Let me know how you stay in the due course..
