Question: What do you recommend for someone feeling weak all the time? I feel like I am going to pass out at least once a day

Dear Sir/ Ms, feeling weak all the time could be due to various physical causes.. I would recommend that you undergo a check up on the following;
first you need to get a CBC to ensure that you are not suffering of anemia and low hemoglobin level. if you have anemia then you will need iron supplements to correct it.
second you need to check on your blood glucose level ( both fasting blood glucose and post prandial blood glucose levels) , to exclude if you have hypoglycemia ..
third you need to get a thyroid hormonal profile including T3,T4 and TSH to exclude hypothyroidism . if you have hypothyroidism then you will need replacement therapy
fourth you need to get a liver function test including ALT and AST to exclude liver cirrhosis or fatty liver.
