Brief Answer:
it depends

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

fever and headache is not enough information to give any helpful recommendation. Let me explain... Most infections cause fever and headache is very common. So this is a very common combination of symptoms. Most of infections of this kind are self-limited and relatively mild. Other infections can be very important and serious like meningitis for example.

I'll ask a few questions about your condition that may help to get a better idea of it.
- how high is the fever?
- do you have other symptoms besides the headache? Like a runny and/or congested nose or other symptoms? Neck pain? Nausea? Vomiting?
- have you taken anything for it?
- do you have any medical history? Any chronic disorder in particular or taking any drugs?

I'll be waiting for your answers...
