Brief Answer:
sore throat

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your question on HealthcareMagic,

I do understand your pain and discomfort

As per your history is concerned, your real problem is due to an infection only so do get a physical check up by your treating doctor.

If viral then no antibiotics will be required and if bacterial then you need a full course of antibiotics, so discuss with your doctor regarding it. For fever you can take Paracetamol only(650mg SOS after food).

Follow these few things at home which will help you relieve your discomforts:

1) Cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze and do not share personal items.

2) Do gargling with warm salt water[1/4 teaspoonful salt with 250ml water]

3) Proper hand washing is the best way to prevent these kinds of infections.

Hope that helps, feel free to ask further.
Regards
