Brief Answer:
Please get her blood tested

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query. Most often such fevers occur due to viral cause. Viral fever do not respond to antibiotics. I would insist you to get his blood checked for complete blood count. Unless the counts are raised all you need to do is to give Crocin when needed. Reinfections can occur due to improper hand hygiene and the most important preventive measure would be proper handwashing with soap and water everytime you handle the child feed her.

Permanent remedies are otherwise not possible as children can also get viral infections during season changes. Nevertheless, proper measures to limit contamination will reduce the risk.

I would insist you to get the blood tested and to share the report. Based on that I would guide you further. Viral infections usually resolve in 5-7 days on their own. All you need to do is to give Crocin (paracetamol) to bring down the temperature when needed.
