Brief Answer:
Possible needs blood tests

Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Welcome to HCM
Thanks for writing to us.

Fever lasting for one week with the symptoms you described can be due to the common three fevers namely Typhoid, Dengue, Malaria.

It is betterto do blood tests and get her examined thoroughly for clinical signs of these fevers.

You have already given her a course of antibiotics.

Without delay consult with your pediatrician and get her examined and get her blood checked for these fevers.

Treatment will differ based on results.

Wishing your daughter speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
