Question : My mother is 61 and has the worst frontal headache, not a migraine and she vomited. She has not eaten snce last night and had a salad
Brief Answer:
Get investigated and examined by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Migraine headache intensity may change with different attacks but character remains same.
If there is persistent severe headache and vomiting then possibility of subarachnoid hemorrhage should be kept.
Examination by an ER or neurologist is required to proceed regarding need for CT head.
For relief pain killers like Naproxen or Aceclofenac can be taken.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
