Question : I keep having hot flashes night sweats even throughout the day in the last few days i did binge drink for a couple of nights few days ago could it be related to like a mild version of alcohol poisoning i also fatigue during the day ? I'm concerned because I read that these could be some of the early symptoms of hiv. I also noticed that im urinating more frequently

Hot flushes and night sweats are not specific symptoms of HIV.They can be due to anxiety or due to excess alcohol consumption.Excess urination can be due to alcohol too.

It is not clear about why HIV is being considered?.Did you have any risk exposure like sexual encounters .Please send details of intercourse history, partner history, HIV investigations done if any,any other risk exposure.

I had sex with a woman I don't know very well that I believe is promiscuous I didn't use protection but I had a cut on my finger which I did cover with a bandaid that touched the condom after that I had a couple of nights of heavy drinking now for the last 3 days I've had these hot flashes sweating and fatigue I'm not proud of my lifestyle choices recently and I'm going to do everything for change in the more positive direction I've been going through a hard time lately

The chances of HIV transmission by unprotected intercourse with HIV positive person is low.Bandaif acts as a barrier fir HIV transmission. Symptoms like these developing within 3 days is unlikely and is not due to HIV.
If she is negative there is no chance of HIV.
You can get her tested for HIV if unknown status.
You can go for HIV testing depending on time since exposure.

I apologize for the miss clarity on the time of the event it was like April 11th or 12th and I did use protection and also had a bandaid on the cut on the finger
hopefully this is just some kind of withdrawal from the heavy drinking I just didn't expect for it to the last for 3 days now

There is no possibility of HIV transmission, if your wound is covered with bandaid and if protected intercourse.I do not see any need to go for HIV tests.
It is likely due to alcohol .You can avoid it now at least to check for improvement of symptoms.Longer you avoid better.
