Brief Answer:
PCOD likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
There could be many causes for this clinical picture but most probable diagnosis is Polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD).

In this disease, there is hormonal disturbance which causes ovarian troubles and hence menstrual disturbance, high chance of diabetes, gaining weight, infertility as well.

You to get hormonal tests of FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progesterone, Androstenedione, Thyroid hormones done.

Once confirmed as PCOD, the treatment is mainly medical treatment with Oral contraceptive pills for some time with which your menstrual cycle will become regular. But most important is exercising to lose weight and becoming fit. If exercise is not done then the hormonal imbalance will still be there. Proper diet consisting of low carbohydrates, low fat diet with plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables is recommended. Drink plenty of water. Do daily brisk walking for 40 minutes. Avoid junk food, pastries, colas.
Kindly consult a leading Gynecologist and get yourself examined completely and also get the tests done as mentioned above. Once diagnosis is confirmed by ultrasound and hormones tests, the treatment can begin, but as I mentioned again, diet and exercise are the most important for cure and not just the medication alone.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
The report is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached report. The report is normal. There are no polycystic ovaries. Still a hormonal imbalance can be there with a normal appearance of ovaries that need hormonal pills to control the cycles. The actual problem is hormonal imbalance. The delay in periods and lesser bleeding is not due to metformin or ovacet. You need hormonal pills. Do consult an infertility specialist for proper treatment.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Brief Answer:
Both these are insufficient.

Detailed Answer:
Both ovacet and glycomet are not useless but these alone are insufficient to solve your problem. There is no wonder drug to lose weight instantly. You will have to continue doing exercise with brisk walking for at least 45 minutes daily with low calorie diet of less than 1500 calories per day.
You need hormonal tablets in addition to these two for regular proper periods. It needs a proper physical examination to prescribe the drugs that cannot be done online. Do consult a gynecologist in person for this and continue the treatment for at least 6 months continuously to get results. There are no short cuts for hormonal imbalance.
