Brief Answer:
Moisturizing lotion and antihistamine, avoid the same brand in future

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,

Thank you for asking at HCM.

I went through your sister's history, saw the images, and would like to know more details about her as follows:

a. Did she use this essential oil for the first time or has she used the same brand in past without reactions?

b. Is she experiencing reaction at any part of body, where there is no contact with the oil?

c. How much is the duration of the reaction?

d. How significant is itching and burning?

Above details will help me to know more about the type of reaction and hence to make better suggestions.

At present, based on your provided details, I would like to make suggestions for her as follows:

1. First and foremost, I would suggest my such patient to avoid contact with the same oil in future.

2. I would suggest my such patient to wash the areas with clean water and then apply a moisturizing lotion over the affected areas.

3. For control of itching, I would suggest my such patient to take an antihistamine such as fexofenadine, loratadine, cetirizine, or levocetirizine.

Hope above suggestions will help you.

Please provide more details as asked above. Please feel free to ask any further query if you have.

Wish your sister best of recovery and health soon.

Thank you & regards,

Dr Parin N Parmar
