Question : what does heart attack pain feel like I've been having chest and upper stomach pain jaw pain for 5 months I've had a ekg chest xray and blood work done all came back perfect i do have Gerd and anxiety

Hi and welcome. Symptoms are usually sudden pain in chest that radiates to left arm. However,these are typical signs and some exceptions are possible. But your symptoms sound to me more like gastritis exacerbation or nostalgia hernia so you should repeat gastroscopy and follow antiacid diet. Wish you good health. Regards
