Question : I am having stomach issues. I 'v been having loose stools for two weeks. I had colonoscopy two yrs ago everything fine. does it take a while for the stomach to settle down after its been aggravated.

It needs up to three weeks for stomach to settle down. My advice is to wait for a couple of days to see any improvement. Meanwhile I recommend:
- Continue with PPI
- Drink plenty of water
- Use probiotics
- Use hydramine and tasectan
This will be of help to relief your symptoms.
