Question: I always have a lower back ache. Never need to take anything for it but its worse in morning. Should i worry about this at my age? 31. I have a small child too

I have reviewed your information fully. At this age, common causes of back pain that could be concerning are uncommon. The most common cause in your case is probably related to muscles and bones. Most instances require physical measures such as exercises to strengthen the muscles and address this.

In addition, avoid lifting very heavy objects and leaning forward excessively.

Should isolated episodes get too worrisome, you may take Tab. Ibuprofen 400mg at most thrice daily after food for review. This is safe even in breastfeeding mothers if you happen to be breastfeeding.
